McKendree Inter-Greek Council Inter-Greek Council is the governing body of the fraternity and sorority communities.

The McKendree University Inter-Greek Council's purpose is to promote unity among the chapters, provide information, encourage involvement in campus and the greater community, and
uphold the values of the Fraternity and Sorority Life. McKendree University has chartered four Greek organizations: Alpha Delta Gamma, Kappa Lambda Iota, Kappa Sigma Tau, Sigma Sigma Sigma. The vision of the fraternity an

d sorority communities is to provide an environment for students to fully develop into excelling members of society. Through expanding their social networks, members of the fraternity and sorority communities learn to develop lifelong friendships through loyalty and dedication to one another while strengthening their character.
