😂✂️ WELCOME TO RCCTC, MRS. VANDYKE! 💇‍♀️🤣

Our new Cosmetology Instructor, Mrs. Vandyke, is quickly learning that working at RCCTC comes with more than just lesson plans, students, and salon appointments… it also comes with a few unexpected surprises! 😂

Today, our mischievous custodial staff and Mr. Hughes decided to give Mrs. Vandyke a little “RCCTC Welcome” with a good old-fashioned prank! 🤣

Apparently, nobody warned her that our staff members have a SECOND job… keeping everyone on their toes! 👀😂

Mrs. Vandyke, we promise we’re glad you’re here! Just remember… TRUST NO ONE, especially Mr. Hughes and the custodial crew! 🤣❤️

From practicing professional techniques to providing a welcoming salon experience, these future beauty professionals are gaining valuable hands-on experience, building confidence, and perfecting their craft!

🍴 Culinary Arts I Class Update! 🔪

Mrs. Jill Edmonds’ Culinary Arts I students have been sharpening their kitchen skills—literally! This week, students are learning the importance of proper knife care and how to safely hone and sharpen their knives. They’re also learning how well-maintained knives make food preparation safer, easier, and more efficient.

These are essential skills our students will continue to use as they grow in confidence and experience in the kitchen. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
