It has been a BUSY week for our Health Science students!

🚜 our HOSA members & officers presented first aid and CPR essentials at the Ag Safety event for district 4th graders.
🔬 our Med Term students have been building skin models
🚁 the Air Evac team dropped in for a visit

As part of the significant renovation of the Marion Co. Area Technology Center, there will be a wall honoring the history of the ATC (or as some might still call it, the Vocational School). We're in the early stages of collecting photos to be used in this project, and we're hoping community members can help. Our Principles of Health Science students recently visited with our friends from Southern Kentucky AHEC! Jennifer and Franki provided blood pressure cuffs and stethoscopes for every student- they learned all about vital signs, got to practice with their classmates, and even got to keep their tools!

We are so grateful for this partnership, and can’t wait to welcome them back for other amazing activities!
