As you can see, our students fully understand the assignment: learn, study, and eat meatballs. ✈️

Today we want to recognize and celebrate the incredible women who help make our school what it is. Our business is proudly woman-owned, and we are grateful to have amazing women serving as instructors and administrative staff who keep everything running smoothly every single day.

Aviation maintenance has traditionally been a male-dominated field, but these women continue to break barriers, lead by example, and inspire the next generation of mechanics and aviation professionals.

We truly appreciate the hard work, dedication, and knowledge they bring to our school and to the aviation industry as a whole. Thank you for everything you do — today and every day.

We are beyond proud to announce that our very own Chief Instructor, Donna Highers, is being inducted into the Tennesee Aviation Hall of Fame this year!

Donna has been with our school since 1988, and to say she has made an impact would be an understatement. If we do say so ourselves, she’s probably responsible for teaching most of the IAs in the world 😉

For decades, she has poured her knowledge, high standards, and heart into every single student who walks through our doors. Her dedication to excellence, her passion for aviation, and her commitment to doing things the right way have shaped generations of mechanics and inspectors.

This honor is so incredibly well deserved. We are beyond blessed to have had her on our team all these years. She truly is the best of the best — and we know every student past and present would attest to that.

The Hall of Fame ceremony will be held this year September 26th in Murfreesboro, TN. We would absolutely love for anyone who wants to attend and see her receive this incredible award to join in celebrating her!
