Today, we are so excited to welcome the entire **Belamour family** to join us in celebrating and wishing the happiest of birthdays to someone truly extraordinary,Mrs. Jenna!❤️

Mrs. Jenna, you are so much more than an amazing mentor, leader, instructor, and director. You are a beautiful example of what it means to lead with grace, humility, compassion, and love. Your selflessness and genuine care for others shine through in everything you do. You pour so much of yourself into your dancers, your families, and everyone blessed to be part of the Belamour family, and we are endlessly grateful for you.

Your life reminds us of the words in Philippians 2:3–4, to value others above ourselves and to look not only to our own interests, but also to the interests of others. You live this out so beautifully through the way you serve, encourage, teach, and love those around you. ❤️

We are also reminded of Proverbs 31:26 She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. Your wisdom, guidance, and encouragement have made such a lasting impact on so many lives.

Thank you, Mrs. Jenna, for every lesson taught, every word of encouragement, every prayer, every sacrifice, and every moment you give so selflessly. Thank you for believing in your dancers, for nurturing their gifts, and for creating a place where they can grow not only as dancers, but also as people.

Just a few sneak peeks of the kind of impactful biblical leadership devotions and higher-level training we have planned for this amazing 3-day weekend with Jenna Lang Jones and Maggie Pihl Pelton

Especially in today's world of false perfections and embellished social medias, it can be so easy to buy into "FOMO" or get distracted by the Big, New, and Shiny parts of our industry.

As leaders, we understand the value and importance of staying planted and steady in both character AND technique foundations. It takes many years of work, diligence, commitment, and being planted in a high-level fundamentals program to "master" it.

Many see these distractions, "greener grass", or skilled artistic media shots on socials, and can be fooled by the temporary rush or satisfaction it gives. Not seeing the years and years of work spent with their coach, or the 12 other shots that didn't go perfectly. It is so easy to forsake your foundation because,

"Well [enter someone's name here] does it"

or

"What's so wrong with that?"

God can do MORE with our character than he can do with our talent.

Ballet is beautiful, hard work. So is developing and maintaining your character.

This year's summer intensive Leadership Devotional is going to focus on some practical practices to apply to our leadership and dance journey::
-To not get distracted, rushed, or fooled into compromising fundamental character and technique.
-To remain steady, planted, consistent, and with integrity.
-And then how to build from there with both grace AND truth.

It's going to be such an impactful weekend for significance and growth on ALL ends, and we are so honored to get to be a part of it!

Today we celebrate 250 years of God's faithfulness, the blessings of liberty, and the privilege of calling this beautiful nation home. As we gather with family and friends, may we remember those who have sacrificed for our freedom and give thanks to the Lord for His continued grace and mercy upon our country.

May we continue to seek God, walk in His truth, and shine His light in our communities for generations to come.
