There’s nothing quite like good homemade bread. 🥖

In this class, you’ll learn how to make bakery-quality Italian sandwich bread — the kind with a crisp golden crust and a soft, tender inside that’s just begging to be turned into a big Italian hero.

We’ll go through making the dough from scratch, fermentation, shaping and baking, plus how to freeze and store your loaves so you can have good bread on hand all week.

Fruit & Cream Pavlova Class 🍓

Crisp on the outside, soft and marshmallowy in the middle, and piled with fresh fruit and cream. Come spend the afternoon learning how to make a beautiful pavlova from start to finish!
This class is completely gluten-free and perfect for anyone who’s been a little intimidated by meringue. We’ll cover all the little tricks that make the difference.
