As we wrap up the 2025-2026 school year, I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to our incredible Akin Elementary community. 💙✈️🧡

This year was extra special because it was our very first year as the Akin Elementary PTO. Starting something new always comes with challenges, learning curves, and moments where we had to figure things out as we went, but what made all the difference was the amazing team of parents, teachers, staff, and volunteers who poured their hearts into this school every single day.

Together, we created more than events and fundraisers, we created community. We created memories for our students, supported our teachers and staff, invested in programs and campus improvements, and worked hard to make Akin a fun, welcoming, and exciting place for every child.

To every volunteer, donor, sponsor, room parent, teacher, staff member, and family member, THANK YOU. Whether you gave your time, ideas, energy, or support, you helped make this year successful.

Leading this PTO has truly been an honor, and I could not have done it without the best team of parents beside me. The future of Akin is so bright, and I cannot wait to see this amazing community continue to grow.
