✏️With more than a decade of experience leading safe, organized, and engaging educational facilities, Mrs. Tesch has built a strong reputation for operational excellence and effective leadership. Her expertise spans operations, management, and team development, ensuring schools run smoothly and efficiently while keeping student success at the center of every decision.

Throughout her career, she has successfully overseen complex programs, coordinated large-scale initiatives, and led teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. As Director of Operations, her vision is to build systems that are clear, supportive, and well-communicated — creating an environment where students are challenged, supported, and empowered to succeed every day.

Ms. McGee is thrilled to join the BASIS Leander team as Director of Academic Programs and to help build and support this growing community from the ground up.

📚She brings seven years of experience in public education, serving as a mathematics teacher, tennis coach, and dedicated mentor committed to helping students and educators thrive. Throughout her career, she has taught Algebra II and college-level mathematics courses and served as a PLC Lead, collaborating with colleagues to strengthen student achievement through data-driven instruction.

Ms. McGee’s passion and excellence in education have earned her recognition as both Bastrop High School Teacher of the Year and Bastrop ISD Secondary Teacher of the Year. She is deeply committed to fostering academic success, personal growth, and a positive learning environment for both students and teachers alike.
