We are beyond ecstatic to announce that our power is back on! We will be returning to normal shopping hours and all donation bins will be open.

We would like to thank our wonderful LISD Community for your understanding, patience, and support during this unexpected trial. Thank you to LISD, the City of Leander, and PEC for getting us back up and running.

We're so happy to be back!

We were very grateful to receive donations from the event held by the amazing Portrait Design by Esmeralda! These items were donated by multiple local businesses, The Kids Bookshop, Picture It Texas, Nicole K Lee, Dyba Financial Group - Primerica, and of course Esmeralda herself. Ana and Beth were thrilled to speak at the Fall Meeting for the Northwest Austin Chapter of the National Charity League! It was so exciting to see so many mothers and daughters who value community service with non profits like ours. We value our partnership with NCL, and all of our community organizations who volunteer with us!

Unfortunately, we still have no power at our North location. The district is generously loaning us a generator again so we can run fans tomorrow. If you need to come to our North location, we will be open an hour earlier at 9am, and closing an hour early at 11am to help avoid the worst of the heat. Please feel free to shop at our South Location during normal hours, 10-12, and enjoy air conditioning and lights.

As we mark our second week without power at our Leander location, we are overwhelmed with gratitude!

We are grateful to our volunteers from Rutledge Elementary PTA, Larkspur Elementary School PTA, New Hope High School, and Leander High School PTSA on Tuesday, who worked in the 104 degree heat so we could open the store.

We are grateful to our customers from 43 families, with 119 students, who braved the heat and no power to get clothes and essentials for their students.

We are grateful to LISD for lending us a generator to power the fans so we could open Tuesday. We are also grateful for LISD providing a conference room to use as a sorting station.

We are grateful to the North Leads and Sorters who worked to transport, sort, and organize all of the clothes so that we can fill into the store.

We are grateful to our South location for taking on additional shoppers.

We are grateful to all of the people who offered creative solutions to our problems.

We are grateful to our community that believes in us and supports us.
