Leander Learning Center is now an APPROVED PASS tutoring provider!
-- If your child is entering 4th grade and received a “Did Not Meet Grade Level” result on the 3rd Grade Reading/RLA STAAR, your family may be eligible for up to $400 in state-funded tutoring through the PASS program.
What is PASS?
PASS = Parent Access to Supplemental Supports
The new Texas program was created to help eligible students strengthen their literacy skills through tutoring.
Beginning Fall 2026, eligible families can use their PASS funds with approved tutoring providers, including Leander Learning Center!
That means eligible families can get up to $400 toward literacy tutoring to help their student build stronger reading skills, confidence, and academic foundations.

* PASS eligibility and funding are determined by the Texas Education Agency. For the 2026 launch, eligibility is limited to qualifying Texas public-school 3rd graders who did not meet grade level on the 3rd Grade RLA STAAR. PASS applications are expected to open in Fall 2026.
