We need YOU!!! DMS Clothes Closet Volunteer Day is SEPTEMBER 16th!! 💙👕👖👟🤍

The Leander ISD clothes closet provides gently used school clothing and brand new underwear and socks to ANY student (Pre-K through SELF 18+ program) residing in the Leander ISD boundaries with no income verification or vouchers required! There are multiple shopping days throughout the school year and we need volunteers like you to help families shop!

Volunteers MUST be an approved volunteer through Raptor and volunteers MUST sign up through Sign Up Genius after being approved.

We have been so excited about all of our new members so far this year!! We’re hoping to welcome even MORE Bearkat families, teachers, and community members to the PTA by the END OF THIS MONTH!! 🧡💙 Membership is a simple way to support our school, connect with our community, and enjoy some pretty great perks along the way!

☕ And here’s something special for our members! Our first General Meeting of the year is September 14th at 9:15 AM, and members will have the opportunity to enjoy Coffee with the Principal and tour classrooms! What a fun way to get connected and see what’s happening at Danielson!

Membership Sales Open up on AUGUST 1st!

We're excited to kick off another amazing school year, and we'd love for you to be part of it! Keep an eye out for our PTA table at upcoming school events—we'd love to meet you, answer your questions, and help you get signed up.

We will be at the 6th 7th and 8th Grade Open Houses!!

Membership Options:
🧡 $31 – PTA Membership + Official DMS PTA T-Shirt
💙 $11 – PTA Membership Only
👕 $20 – Additional T-Shirt (available with the purchase of a membership bundle)
✨ $10 – Previous years' PTA shirts while supplies last

🐻 Back the Bearkats Campaign
In past years, the DMS PTA has asked families to donate food and drinks throughout the year for events like stocking the teacher breakroom and supporting the 8th grade dance concessions.

This year, our goal is to reduce those requests by funding these needs through our Back the Bearkats campaign. Instead of asking for consumable donations throughout the year, we hope to simply invite families to volunteer their time.

A suggested donation is $25 per student in addition to your membership, is GREATLY appreciated and helps us continue supporting our students, teachers, and staff.

We can’t wait to meet our new BearKats this Thursday, July 30th! Students will be able to tour the building, meet and greet with teachers, and get to know new and current DMS students!
