📢Important Attendance Law Update📢

During the most recent Mississippi legislative session, a new attendance law was passed to help reduce chronic absenteeism and improve student attendance.

The new law takes effect July 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027 school year.

Please review the attached graphic that provides an overview of the key changes. Take a moment to review the information so you're prepared for the upcoming school year.

Parents, please make sure your child attends school every day unless they have a valid excused absence. Every day of learning matters!

Our faculty and staff are so appreciative to one sweet donor who gifted all of these beautiful plants to our faculty and staff. As they picked their pots, they were told to use them as a reminder of our goal for the year that "Every Student WILL Grow!".
