When your coaches keep saying your hips are tight, it’s time to address more than just the symptoms.
This middle school hurdler and football player came in after his coaches noticed significant hip tightness affecting his movement. We started with a combination of cupping, scraping, myofascial release, and assisted stretching to improve tissue quality and restore mobility. From there, we followed up with corrective exercises and targeted mobility work to help reinforce those changes and improve how his body moves.
With his AAU team qualifying for the Junior Olympics, it was important to get those hips opening up quickly—and we did exactly that. But mobility isn’t a one-time fix. The real goal is creating lasting changes by addressing the movement patterns, strength deficits, and compensations that contributed to the restriction in the first place.
The hips are moving better, but the work isn’t over yet. We’re just getting started. 💪
Your body shouldn’t be the thing holding you back from performing at your highest level. If you’re ready to move better, recover faster, and perform with confidence, book your session today.

Elite gymnastics is one of the most physically demanding sports in the world. From endless repetitions, hard landings, tumbling passes, and hours of training each week, the amount of stress placed on a young athlete’s body is incredible.
Recovery isn’t just for injured athletes…it’s an essential part of staying healthy, performing at a high level, and reducing the risk of future injuries.
I had the opportunity to work with this elite gymnast, , focusing on mobility, flexibility, tissue quality, and recovery so she can continue doing what she loves at her highest level.
Whether you’re a gymnast, dancer, football player, runner, or weekend warrior, your body deserves the same attention to recovery as it does to training.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to work sideline for the Houston Energy vs. St. Louis women’s professional football game and it was such an amazing experience 🏈🔥
From athletic taping and pre-game stretching to myofascial release and sideline support, my goal was simple: help these athletes prepare their bodies to perform at the highest level possible while reducing unnecessary injury risk.
A lot of people only focus on performance during the game, but what happens BEFORE the game matters just as much. Proper warm-ups, mobility work, tissue prep, and recovery strategies can make a huge difference in movement quality, muscle activation, and overall performance on the field.
Taking care of your body isn’t optional when you expect it to perform under pressure 💪🏽
Grateful for the opportunity to help keep these athletes game ready.
Today was all about keeping athletes game ready and recovering properly. From pregame taping, mobility work, assisted stretching, and warmups to staying on the sidelines for recovery and player care throughout the game… I truly had the best time.
Being able to combine my passion for sports medicine, recovery, and helping athletes perform at their best is exactly why I love what I do. Grateful for every opportunity that allows me to grow in this field and work hands-on in the sports world 💪🏽
Definitely one of those days that reminds me I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. Thanks for having me !!
A lot of athletes think the answer to plateauing, tightness, or pain is to just train harder… lift heavier… push through it.
But if your movement quality is off, all you’re doing is reinforcing bad patterns.
That’s how you end up with:• tight hips that never loosen up• constant hamstring or hip flexor strains• shoulder and neck tension that won’t go away• decreased performance even though you’re “doing more”
Your body doesn’t need more stress… it needs better mechanics.
When your joints move the way they’re supposed to and your muscles are firing correctly, everything changes:✔️ better performance✔️ less pain and tightness✔️ improved recovery✔️ reduced risk of injury
This is exactly why I focus on assisted stretching and soft tissue work. We’re not just “loosening you up”… we’re correcting how your body moves so you can actually perform the way you’re supposed to.
If you’re training hard but still feeling tight, restricted, or constantly dealing with the same issues… your body is telling you something.
Tap in 📲 let’s fix it.
Chronic neck tightness isn’t random… it’s usually a pattern.
Today’s client presented with classic upper cross syndrome: tight chest, overactive upper traps and cervical paraspinals, and weakness through the mid-back.
When certain muscles are constantly tight and others aren’t doing their job, your body compensates…and that’s where the tension builds.
We focused on releasing overactive tissue and restoring balance through assisted stretching and targeted soft tissue work.
If your neck is always tight, your body might be stuck in this same pattern.
Book your session. Your body will thank you.
This isn’t just stretching… it’s a full recovery session.

Cupping isn’t just those circles you see after treatment, it’s a completely different approach to soft tissue work.
Instead of compressing tissue like traditional massage, cupping lifts and decompresses it. This creates space for better blood flow, helps reduce built-up tension, and can calm down sensitive or irritated areas.
When paired with assisted stretching, it becomes even more effective. You’re not just loosening tissue, you’re improving how it moves and functions.
This is how we improve mobility, decrease discomfort, and keep your body performing the way it’s supposed to.
Recovery isn’t optional. It’s part of the process.
