Golden Ticket Attendance Day is always a favorite at Calder Road Elementary! 🎟️
Twelve lucky students found Golden Tickets hidden under their desks throughout the building. After the morning announcement, the ticket winners came to the front office to claim their prizes and enjoy a special celebration.
Once all of the winners arrived, the Assistant Principal, Jennifer Walker, used a money gun to “spray” students with Gator Bucks. Money that can be used at the school store.
This fun tradition rewards students simply for showing up to school and serves as a reminder of how important attendance is. You never know when it might be your turn to find a Golden Ticket!

✨ Introducing the Dream Big Career Lab at Calder Road Elementary! ✨
Our little gators are dreaming big and exploring the endless possibilities for their futures in our new Dream Big Career Lab! Through hands-on experiences and interactive activities, students have the opportunity to discover different career interests, spark their curiosity, and begin imagining all they can become.
A huge thank you to the Dickinson ISD Education Foundation for funding this incredible opportunity through their generous grant support. Because of you, our students are building confidence, expanding their horizons, and learning that their future is full of possibilities.
We can’t wait to see our little gators continue exploring, learning, and dreaming BIG in the Career Lab next year! 💚🐊✨

🎓✨ A full-circle moment at Calder Road Elementary! Today, we had the honor of welcoming back graduating seniors from Dickinson High School as they walked the halls of their former elementary school.
From little backpacks to graduation caps, it was inspiring for our current students to see what their future can hold—and a special moment for our seniors to reflect on where their journey began. We are so proud of all they’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see the amazing things ahead for the Class of 2026! 💙📚🎉
