January 20:
5:00AM - Barn Opens
9:00AM - Check-in & Weigh-in
* Lambs/Goats
* Pigs
* Steers

2:00PM-4:00PM- Ag Mechanics Check-In in the Pavilion Area of West Barn
9:00PM- Barn Closes (students help clean before being released)

January 21:
5:00AM - Barn Opens
5:30PM - Swine Show
9:00PM - Barn Closes

January 22:
5:00AM - Barn Op

7:00AM - All student check-in with Ag Teachers for attendance
7:00AM - Check- in Rabbits & Poultry
8:00AM - Ag Mech / Floral / Food Science & Visual Arts Judging will take place throughout the day until 4:00PM
8:00AM - Rabbit Show with Poultry immediately following
**30 Minute intermission following each species judges placing**
Lamb Show
Goat Show
Steer Show
Heifer Show

*****AUCTION MEETING AND BARN CLEANUP******

9:00PM - Barn Closes (students help clean before being released)

January 23:
5:00AM - Barn Opens

5:00PM Buyer’s Reception and Dinner
6:30PM LIVE AUCTION

9:00PM - Barn Closes following live auction

January 24:
6:00AM - BARN CLOSED - No Students or Parents Allowed! Ag Teachers will load out CCISD FFA animals that are in the barn
1:00PM- Barn opens for remainder of the day
3:30PM- East Barn students (CC & CF) MANDATORY BARN CLEANUP until completion
