Four wrestlers joined Coach Luke and completed their first half marathon: The St. Croix Crossing. The race started in Wisconsin and after 13.1 miles finished at the Lift Bridge in Stillwater. Coach elevated the challenge and ran with a 25 pound vest on! After the race they were able to get in a cool soak in the Mississippi River. Congrats gentlemen—a impressive showing!

These studs came and conquered the “Murph” workout which comprised of:

1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

It is in honor of Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who died in action in Afghanistan. It's a way to remember his sacrifice and the sacrifices of other service members who have lost their lives. The workout is also a challenging and effective way to build physical fitness and mental endurance which is what wrestling is all about. Great job gentleman!
