Five years in and still growing. Multiple world record holders, dozens of national record holders, and I can’t even count how many state records out of the gym. Home to the APF/AAPF state chair and USPA meet director. If you’re looking for a place to power lift, get in shape, or just escape these toxic fitness centers, come check us out.

Starting this week, we will hold open powerlifting training sessions every week for anyone interested in coming in and working out with Lions Pride Barbell & Fitness. Sessions are from 5 PM to 7 PM on weekdays and Sundays from 12 PM until we finish. We will alternate the lifts being trained, and if you need specific help or spotters, just request it for that day.

What an incredible weekend at Lions Pride Barbell! We celebrated amazing achievements as two of our talented athletes shined in their debut competitions. Brandon rocked his first bodybuilding show, showcasing strength and dedication. Meanwhile, Tagert made a stunning debut in MMA, securing a first-round referee stoppage. We couldn't be prouder of both of them for their hard work and outstanding performances!
