ATTENTION SENIORS! Today in Advisory, all 12th graders took the “Senior Exit Survey”. This is REQUIRED to receive your cap & gown!!! 🎓 The survey can be found by following this QR code or by clicking on the link in our bio (& at the end of this post). It is also on the NHS website. Make sure to do this ASAP!

You will need your SSID # - this can be found at the top of your transcript (on myDSD). It is NOT your student ID or your Social Security #. Let us know if you have questions!
