Something To Say Speech Therapy Mr. The posts target giving families ideas and support. Please a "like" or comment to share. I have 26 years of providing impactful therapy to folks ages 0-21.

Mark, Speech Pathologist, serves ages 0-21 in articulation, language, selective mutism, AAC, and stuttering with an expertise in autism and severe disabilities. It's so exciting to see progress. There are many tricks and strategies that can be used to get a child moving if they have been "stuck" on a language skill, language related behavior, social skills, or even the /r/. This site is a service to my clients, friends and those out there who need a bit of a boost for ideas for language progress. It should never replace therapy from a licensed speech language pathologist. Those direct intervention services are invaluable. The instruction you get will show you how to implement these skills.

Neat story to share with the family. Make a family project to invent something cool together. Have the kids take the lead with materials they are able to use.

At just 8 years old, Xóchitl Guadalupe from Chiapas changed her community with one simple idea: warm water for every family.

In her hometown, bathing meant using freezing water — especially hard for children and elders. Instead of accepting it, Xóchitl asked a question that would change everything:

“Why can’t we use the sun?” ☀️

With nothing but recycled bottles, hoses, and scrap materials, she built a homemade solar water heater on her roof. No electricity. No gas. Just sunlight.
Her invention could heat up to 50 liters of water using only renewable energy.

What started as a solution for her own family quickly became a blessing for entire rural communities.

Her project caught the attention of educators, engineers, and global organizations. Soon, this little girl from Chiapas was being recognized by:
• UNAM
• International innovation programs
• Environmental groups promoting sustainable technology

Not because she wanted fame — but because she wanted warm water for her people.

Today, Xóchitl’s invention is helping families save money, protect the environment, and live with dignity — proving that genius doesn’t come from wealth, it comes from heart ❤️

Great side by side to talk about differences and similarities. Eat it is also about a parent trying to get their picky child to eat, so there's emotional support if needed. :-)

A lot more attention to detail goes into Weird Al's parodies than you might realize. Here he is side-by-side with Michael Jackson to prove it.Check out "Fat"...
