This week we’re celebrating our amazing cafeteria team for School Lunch Hero Day! 🦸‍♀️🥪
Every day, they show up with smiles, serve up nutritious meals, and make sure our students feel cared for and ready to learn. Their hard work behind the scenes keeps our kids strong and fueled for success!
Thank you Miss Sierra, Miss Kathy, Miss Jodi, and Miss Patti for all you do to nourish both bodies and hearts. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💙🍎

Wear blue this Friday, April 10, to support children!

Everyone plays a role in helping children have healthy and positive childhoods.

One of the highlights for our 3rd grade students each year is their Living Museum research project. Students select a notable individual, conduct in-depth research, and then bring their learning to life by dressing as their chosen figure and presenting their findings to fellow students and families!

Twenty-two fourth-grade students rose to the challenge from Nothing Bundt Cakes, committing to read 400 minutes in just one month. Their dedication and love of reading paid off in a delicious way—each student earned their very own individual cake as a sweet reward for their achievement!

For Counselor Appreciation Week, we celebrate our school counselor, Ruby Rae Horne, whose kindness touches every corner of our school. For more than thirty years, she has been a caring presence for students, always leading with her heart. She is wonderfully crafty—often making handmade quilts that reflect the same warmth and comfort she gives so freely to others. Beyond her compassion, she goes above and beyond to create opportunities for our students, including developing sports programs for students to help them build teamwork, confidence, and lifelong skills. Her dedication and love for our students make our school a better place each day.
