The oddest things are hard to find due to the supply chain issues and I had not been able to find Jolly ranchers through my current suppliers. My last supplier came through so I ordered 130 LBS of jolly ranchers! This will keep me stocked up for a minute or two!

Peas, corn and carrots ($3 each) are always available by request. We dumped them right into the instant pot with some rice and seasoned chicken broth. It came out phenomenal! The peas added a richness and the carrots and corn added bursts of sweetness. I will definitely do this again!
Having the right tool for the job makes it so easy!
On a side note I will be doing a fresh batch of jolly ranchers today!

Running a special order for a customer!
My experience with peeps so far is they puff out a bit at the initial onset of the vacuum and then harden by the end. Much like a huge luck charm!
It is like eating ones that have been left out for too long without the side effect of the stale flavor!
I am always happy to put together custom batches!

Testing Big Hunk candy bars and they turned out incredible!
These are so light and airy with a super nougat flavor!
I will definitely be adding these to my list of favorites!

But let's be honest, they are all Now's!
After being freeze dried Now and Laters melt in your mouth as you suck on them, or you can bite through them with a solid crunch! The flavor is definitely intensified.

Freeze dried Asparagus is AMAZING!!!

These are super light and crunchy.
Prepared by being blanched in garlic saltwater it gives them a light, crisp flavor as to not over power the flavor of the asparagus.

The Albanese gummi bears are ready to go! They have a crunch on the outside and as you chew through them they will go into a Chewy chew. The flavor comes through amazingly!

The Albanese gummi bears test batch has come out! They puffed some and have a bit of a crunch on the outside, as you chew they soften back into a gummi state. I am running a second batch right now. They are $5 for the large bag.
