Today starts the first day of the Junior Olympic National meet in Greensboro, North Carolina. Four of our LPS swimmers are here competing under their club swim team. Addison Luper (MacArthur Middle School), Addison Sawyer (Eisenhower High School), Dalton Sawyer (Eisenhower High School), Rohan Mariano (MacArthur High School). Wish them luck!!

It’s an easy thing, I have a key word that I repeat in my head every time I feel like I’m going to stop, and that’s “control”. It’s a word that doesn’t make sense but for me it’s a word that modifies my technique and helps me to not think about other things.
