🎨 Tiny artists, BIG creativity! 🖌️💙💗

Our littlest learners were hard at work exploring colors, textures, and a whole lot of fun! It’s sweet watching little hands dip, dab, mix, and create.

At this age, art isn’t about the finished product—it’s about the experience! Painting builds fine motor skills, encourages sensory exploration, introduces cause & effect, and gives our Wildlings the freedom to make their own choices.

Judging by the audience gathered around the table… everyone was ready for their turn! 😂🎨

Learning can be messy—and we wouldn’t have it any other way at Wild & Wonder! 🌿

🎒🚌 It’s the First Day of School… and Our After-School Program is Back! 🚌🎒

We’re so excited to welcome our after-school friends back to Wild & Wonder this afternoon!

A few important reminders to help the school year get off to a smooth start:

📱 Download the Brightwheel App!
All communication for our after-school program is sent through Brightwheel, so it’s important that every family has the app installed and notifications turned on.

🚌 1. Bus Changes?
Mark Your Child Absent
If your child will NOT be riding the bus to Wild & Wonder, please mark them Absent in Brightwheel as soon as you know. This helps us account for every child safely and avoids unnecessary phone calls to schools and families.

🚗 2. Afternoon Pick-Up
Our car line opens each day at 4:30 PM. If you arrive before then, please park and come into the front office rather than waiting in the car line. ***NEW FAMILIES: You MUST have a photo ID for pick-up until we get to know you ;-)

💳 3. DHS & Tribal Child Care Subsidy
If you plan to use DHS or Tribal Child Care Subsidy, please check with us to make sure your child is active on our roster. If we have not received authorization yet, tuition will be due at the weekly private-pay rate until the subsidy becomes active.

We’re looking forward to an incredible school year filled with homework help, outdoor adventures, friendships, and lots of fun after the school bell rings. Here’s to a fantastic year! 💚🍎

Weekend Project: Complete! 🦋💚

While most weekends are spent relaxing, you’ll usually find the owners of Wild & Wonder right here at the center tackling the next project to make our program even better. This weekend was no exception! 💪

What you’re watching in just seconds took an entire weekend of moving furniture, hauling supplies, organizing, cleaning, and putting everything back together.

We’re so excited to officially move our Butterfly (Infant) classroom back to the full-day side of the building—a change we’ve been anticipating for quite some time!

This new space gives our youngest learners:
🩵 A much larger classroom with room to grow, play, and explore.
🚰 A brand-new in-room sink, making daily care easier and more efficient for our teachers.
👶 Plenty of space as we prepare to welcome some W&W newborn sibling babies over the next few weeks!

Many people only see what happens during business hours, but there’s a LOT that goes on behind the scenes to keep improving our program. Whether it’s evenings, weekends, or holidays, we’re always looking for ways to create an even better environment for the children, families, and staff who call Wild & Wonder home.

We’re excited for our Butterfly babies to enjoy their beautiful new classroom! 🦋💚

There’s just something magical about a wagon full of curious one-year-olds taking in the sights, feeling the breeze, waving to everyone they pass, and discovering the world one ride at a time.

☀️🎉 **What. A. Summer.** 🎉☀️

Just like that, our 2026 Wild & Wonder Summer Camp has come to an end!

Over the past 10 weeks, our campers explored, created, discovered, laughed, learned, and made memories that will last a lifetime. Every week brought a new adventure, and we loved watching friendships grow, confidence blossom, and curiosity come to life.

From outdoor adventures and hands-on science to heroes, artists, island fun, the wild west, and everything in between, this summer was filled with unforgettable experiences. These photos capture just a small glimpse of the joy, excitement, and wonder that filled our days.

None of this would have been possible without our incredible teachers and staff, who spent countless hours planning creative activities, leading field trips, keeping campers safe, and making every child feel welcome and valued. Thank you for pouring your hearts into another amazing summer.

And to our camp families—thank you for trusting us with your children and allowing us to be part of their summer memories. It has truly been our privilege.
