Football 2026

Archer grad D.J. Taylor rises to youngest coordinator in Division I football Like many people after college, D.J. Taylor was not exactly sure what he wanted to do next.

Big congratulations to Archer High School Alumni Aaron Jones on an incredible accomplishment!

Now representing Georgia Tech, Aaron qualified for the ACC Championships Finals in the 400m hurdles after an outstanding performance in the prelims, running a personal best time of 51.69!

Aaron is only the second hurdler since 2002 for Georgia Tech to qualify for the ACC Championship Finals in this event — an amazing achievement and a testament to his hard work, dedication, and perseverance. He also set ACC standard times in seven of his eight outdoor season appearances!

We are so proud to see Archer excellence continuing at the collegiate level. Congratulations, Aaron! Your Archer family is cheering you on all the way to the finals!
