Lawrenceville, GA – January 1st, 2025 – Magnolia Aviation and Thrasher Aviation are excited to announce their merger, creating an industry-leading flight training organization. The newly combined company will operate from its new headquarters in Lawrenceville, GA, with a state-of-the-art fleet of Van’s Aircraft RV-12iS aircraft to provide high-quality, hands-on training for aspiring pilots.

Steven Wood from Thrasher Aviation will be moving into the role of Director of Safety of Magnolia Aviation.
