Just WOW! Super humbled and excited to again be voted the BEST SCHOOL by Trentonian readers for the 5th year in a row!! Thanks to our happy families, this year we swept all three categories: Karate, Martial Art & Self-Defense!!
We will continue to work hard to justify your confidence in us (and in yourselves)!!!!

How are YOU spending your weekend??
After our 4 regular small-group classes, we were happy to host some families from one of the Summer Camp enrichment programs we have helped out at for years.
These young ladies were focused and FIERCE at their first try at a “real” class at our school, and their parents were impressed at their girls and with our program. We did just a bit of:
-Balance and Flexibility
-Review and new drills with our “copycat game”
-Self-defense work on some grabs and whatnot that we can’t really do at enrichment camps.
- Obstacle course fun, working on rolls, defense, strikes & kicks and athleticism.
- Board Breaking with actual (thick) boards that we got them all through!
-Assorted additional fun and free pizza

Thanks to our helpers as well for making it a great experience all-around! We look forward to working with more of them in our regular programs.

Recognize any neighbors?
Yesterday was an 8-1/2 hour marathon, with the last session of our outdoor camp enrichment, then our own indoor camp, then all of our regular classes, but we love it!
Rider Camp kids learned a lot with us and were a joy to work with - don’t forget to sign up for our free party this Sat!! Even the director got amped up (see video)! EVERYONE can take advantage of our new student special (2 weeks x 3-5 classes/wk got just $22!) to see for yourself why we are consistently voted best local school!
