A few of our favorite outdoor activities that tend to work beautifully for neurodivergent kids:

🌿 Nature scavenger hunts (check off leaves, rocks, bugs!)
💧 Sprinkler or water table play in the yard
🎨 Sidewalk chalk — big open space, no pressure
🐛 Bug hunting with a magnifying glass
🥾 Short trail walks with a special "explorer kit"

The key? Follow your child's lead. If they want to spend 45 minutes watching ants... that IS the activity. 🐜
