Mini Spring Creek Hollow Market Day!

✨ We'll be making a few extra sourdough loaves next week for anyone who has been wanting some delicious sourdough bread! And we will also have a limited variety of our gourmet loose-leaf teas available, as well as iced tea by the gallon or 1/2 gallon.

Here's how we're going to do this:
NEXT WEEK: Thursday afternoon I will post the final list of what we'll have available for pickup on Friday (10/9). On that post, you comment which items you'd like to claim for pick-up!

• Today (10/1): Preview of items. Comment interests.

• Thursday (10/9): Claim items, receive receipt.

• Friday (10/10): Pick up at 12:00 p.m.

Here's an idea of what we'll have:

🍞 Organic Spelt & White Wheat, fully fermented freshly milled sourdough loaves $14

🍞 Organic Einkorn & Spelt Wheat, fully fermented freshly milled sourdough loaves- I will only have a few of these. $17

🥤 Iced Tea: Gallon $10-12 • 1/2 Gallon* $5-6 • Tea can be claimed ahead of time. Made with organic cane sugar, filtered water.

I'm running a bit behind today, but get ready to claim away! I will send you a message if you claim an item to give you any further details for pick up tomorrow.

🍞 Here is tonight's line up:

• 8 White Wheat & Spelt Sourdough Loaves

• 2 Einkorn & Spelt Sourdough Loaves (Still waiting for these to come out of the oven to see how they'll turn out! If you claim one, I will keep you posted.)

• 4 Cinnamon Sugar Butters

• 4 Golden Garlic Butters

• 4 Bunches of Fresh Basil

• 2 Mini Bouquets + all that have already be requested.

✨ Our sourdough loaves are made with freshly milled, organic whole grains, organic ingredients, and are fully fermented for easy digestibility. ✨

✨ We decided to make a few extra sourdough loaves this week for anyone who has been wanting some bread!

We don't know when we'll do this again, so this is the perfect time to stock up and put a few loaves in the freezer.

Spring time on the farm is always beautiful.

We're busy doing spring barnyard cleaning after a long winter, repairing fences, preparing soil in the garden to be planted, and enjoying the sunshine!

I hope it stays 70⁰ for a month or two, and doesn't hop right into 80⁰+ weather too quickly.

Now to get some seeds started...

Our tea shop & bakery will be open tomorrow (Friday 20th) from 11am-5pm, with lots of sourdough bread, gourmet teas, and baked goods!

‼️ Important update ‼️

We’ve been notified that we need to vacate the home where our Bed & Breakfast has been operating, due to a change of direction by the owner. As a result, we will no longer be operating as a bed and breakfast. While this isn't the direction we planned, we're moving forward and are excited to see what is ahead! 🥳

🫖 Our tea shop, bakery, and mercantile will still be open through February 27 at 229 Pulaski Street, Lawrenceburg. We don't have a new location yet, but we'll post details of our new location as soon as we have them!
