Thanks for having us Brian Hooper at Boyle County Mixed Martial Arts for having us!

Huge thank you to Jared Morris for dropping by and putting on an incredible seminar today!

It was an awesome night of cross-training between Anderson Martial Arts and Boyle County Mixed Martial Arts. Iron sharpens iron, and nights like this remind me why I love this sport so much.

Beyond the technique, the conditioning, and the competition, one of the greatest benefits of MMA is the lifelong friendships you make along the way. Grateful for a strong community that pushes each other to get better every round .

Today’s class focused on the fundamentals of back mount, with a simple escape perfect for beginners and advanced ranks alike. We then used the use of drilling to further in adding these basic skills to muscle memory. Lastly we made use of positional rolling to refine these techniques rounding out our day here at Axios. Refine the basics, just like building a house if you have a bad foundation the walls won’t stay up for long

It is always incredible to watch a kid completely flip the script on a bad day. That takes serious resilience, especially when starting out on the wrong foot. You have every right to be incredibly proud of yourself!

Congratulations ABEL!
