Completely FREE to play!

No preregistration needed! A sign-up sheet will be available at the field during the festival. Just come sign up, and we’ll get you on the field.

Kids, teens, parents, alumni, parishioners...everyone is invited to join in the fun.

And when your game is over, head back over to enjoy all the food, games, Bingo, silent auction and everything else happening throughout the festival!

Following Mass— Bake Sale begins
11:00 AM— Hamburger Hut & Taco Tent open
11:00 AM–4:00 PM — Carnival & Yard Games
Silent Auction— Stop by and place your bids throughout the day
Sacred Heart Spirit Store — Shop Sacred Heart gear
1:00 PM— Bingo begins in the gym
1:00 PM— 3v3 Soccer on the back field
4:00 PM — Our famous BBQ & Fried Chicken Dinner
Evening— Live Music and Bouncing Betsy.

Please join us for our Labor Day 5K Race on Monday September 7th.

This is the 25th annual Sacred Heart Lador Day 5K benefitting our school.

We welcome all runners, walkers and babies in strollers. Just no four legged friends.

Registration is only $20.

Online registration is open until the 6th at the link below. You can also register that morning starting at 6:30 with cash or check.

We hope to see you there!

We are excited to share that our Labor Day Festival this Sunday will feature a Sacred Heart Spirit Shop.

Stop by and show your Sacred Heart pride while shopping. We will have shirts, hats, cups, hair clips, blankets, and more.

We are excited to introduce the students who will make a little Sacred Heart history as our very first Student Council officers.

President: Gabriel Benefield
Vice President: Sawyer Beckman
Treasurer: Stella Beckman
Secretary: Clementine Benefield

Our Student Council is a new opportunity for our students to grow as leaders, serve their school, share ideas, and help make Sacred Heart an even better place to learn and grow.

We are proud of these students for stepping up and being willing to lead and serve their fellow students. We can't wait to see their ideas come to life throughout the school year.

It’s one thing to read about science in a textbook, it’s another to see it happen right in front of you.

Our middle school scientists have been learning about matter and the properties of solids, liquids, and gases, and yesterday they put one of those properties to the test.

While exploring surface tension, students took turns adding tiny amounts of water to an already-full cup to see just how much they could add before it overflowed.

They watched as the water actually rose above the rim of the cup, because water molecules are attracted to one another, they create surface tension that allows the water to hold together at the surface.

Hands-on experiments like this encourage our students to ask questions, make predictions, and discover the why behind what they are learning.

After a full week of learning, sometimes the best way to spend a Friday afternoon is simply giving our students time to build, play, work together, and have a little fun.

Whether they’re seeing just how tall they can build a tower, challenging friends to a game, or creating something completely new, there’s still plenty of learning happening, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, patience, and maybe a little friendly competition.

Because childhood belongs in the classroom, too.
