The LVS 5th grade class was celebrated as they finished their time in elementary school and make preparations to move to Middle School. We are so proud of you, 5th graders!

Our LVS elementary students and families had a great day at the park for our final field trip of the year. Lots of fun connecting by all.

Last Friday, our LVS students were out and about.
Our middle school families went on a hike together. Erik Stafford led this hike and spoke about black history in the KC and Lawrence areas. We heard about the Civil War battles between between free and slave states, the push for integration, civil rights, and much more.

Our elementary students gathered for another "Beyond the Screen" gathering and had fun planting spring flowers in pots that they decorated, as well as many group activities, including time together on the playground.

We love gathering together face-to-face along with our online learning.

Our Middle School students and teachers had a fun afternoon together playing games, making crafts and making toys for an animal shelter. It's so good to get together!

Last week, elementary students and their families had the opportunity gather at Schaake's Pumpkin Patch. It was such a beautiful day to hunt for the best pumpkins.

Our middle school students and their families visited the Tall Grass Prairie recently and enjoyed a beautiful day of exploring.

Our elementary students enjoyed a beautiful day last Friday to have a Park Day gathering. Friendships continue to grow amongst our students.
