Hey New York families! Hope you are having a wonderful summer! I wanted to share a cool opportunity for all interested elementary-age singers. Ms. Paige is helping run a choir camp through KU from June 15-19 (details below). Scholarships are available and transportation can be coordinated if needed. (Please contact Ms. Paige for that.) If your child loves singing, check it out!

School dismisses at 11:15am, no BGC today so everyone needs to be picked up at 11:15am today!

All New York Students in Kindergarten or older are invited to join. All BGC members at New York are FREE next year because of a wonderful grant!

Enrollment for 2026-27 BGC school year programming opened Friday, April 24 at 7:00 am and will remain open through the end of the school year. Some sites are already at our current capacity. If your site is "unavailable" or "full", please email Natalie at [email protected] to be added to the waitlist. Waitlists will be evaluated after the summer session.

HOW TO ENROLL: Enroll online via the PARENT PORTAL. Please email [email protected] for enrollment assistance.

FEES: New York benefits from a 21st Century grant for the 2026-27 school year - there is NO fee for school year membership for 2026-27.

5 days of breakfasts & lunches for you to take and prepare at home. Free for children ages 1-18. No adult meals available.

Thursday Dismissal will be at 11:15am, no lunch will be served, no BGC. Everyone will need to be picked up at 11:15am.

As we get closer to summer we need to plan for care for our garden over the summer! If you are able to tend to our garden for a week or so please sign up with this link. Any produce harvested during your care week is yours to enjoy. Each sign up is Monday-Sunday of watering and garden care.

Check your students take home folder for this flyer about our All School Picnic! Each class will have a time for lunch and you are invited to join! Please return the RSVP at the bottom so we can get an accurate count of burgers and hot dogs to cook:)
