A program that equips emergency responders in every Kansas county to show up prepared in life-or-death situations.

“I think the experience in general at KU helped me to think in lots of different ways,” --Elliot Pees, f’06, KANbucha founder

After starting as a DIY project in his kitchen, KANbucha now brews 290 gallons in a single batch at their production facility in North Lawrence.

KANbucha is available in bottles or on tap at about 20 retail locations throughout Lawrence, Kansas City and Baldwin City.
