The Lancer Battalion is a place were the fundamentals of leadership are ingrained into the youth of Lawrence.
We take pride in our battalions long standing tradition of leadership, discipline, honor, and commitment. we stand by the seven values of the United States Army and are bound by our sacred creed. We will always put our cadets first in the overall mission of creating the leadership of tomorrow. For many years our proud organization has held the duty of creating Leaders, men and women of determination and discipline , a duty we will forever stand by and execute with absolute focus and precision.
