Harvest Moon Meditation and Sound Bath

Let's celebrate the change of seasons and join together to set intentions, enjoy gentle movement and breathing, and ease into a guided meditation to the soothing sounds of a live vibraphone performance by Jackson Graham.

BREATHING ALOHA and love to Lahaina, all of Maui, and to this 150 year old banyan tree that’s charred but still standing. I’m so thankful I got to enjoy its shade and sprawling branches last year, and so heartbroken that so much beauty is gone.

No 5:45pm class tonight because of this great show, but come tomorrow for the last VAST class for 2 weeks; I’m off on an adventure! Classes resume July 15.

I’m off to the lake! No class Sunday 6/4 though Tuesday morning, 6/6. There will be class Tuesday at 5:45pm. P.S. I love it when people zoom in from vacation, I’m just not sure I will have wi-fi to do the same this weekend.

My KU Law presentation about stress management was rescheduled for today so that everyone could support this rally in protest of a speaker from the Alliance Defending Freedom. The 11:30am class today is at 11am. See the full class schedule on the website!
