BHS Class of 1982

It seems no one is going to pick up the baton to organize a 35th reunion. i am not in good enough health for it, and i would never do it on my own ever again anyway. i do hope someone will step forward to bring it together, it was great getting together last time, would have been even nicer had more come. Please someone take this over, and make it happen, i may not be here for the 40th.

Down to the wire...

Im down to Thursday as a final deadline on the Ballroom without paying. We are gaining numbers, but we need to at least double them or more, or 200+ for a banquet space is a bit much....If the lack of response is because I am organizing, I'll gladly drop out of it, if it gets more attendance, but as it stands, by Friday, It could be canceled.

Please call everyone you know, and get them to this page to get on board. I will also forward this to all the '82s I am in contact with on here, and reach a couple by phone only.

If people are asking where the info on this is, please copy and paste this to them, I was sure Doug DeLano was on my friends list, so Im unsure how he didn't get the notification...anyway, please, lets be BULLDOGS about this.

OK Cats and Kittens, If you haven't read it in any of my postings, I have reserved the Holidome in Lawrence, on Saturday, October 20th. Ive actually Reserved one ballroom, and blocked off 20 rooms.

IF you are interested in coming to this landmark event, PLEASE contact me by Sunday. If I cannot get enough responses soon, I will have to cancel.

Please, everyone we have talked to that has been excited bout this, talk to someone you know who isn't on facebook. Really, just pass the word along to everyone you know from our Class to post here or on my page, if they intend to attend.

Behind the scenes, we are putting together the plans for the 30th Reunion of the Greatest Class Ever! By the end of the 2nd week of Spetember, we will announce the time and place, and we will be contacting all of you to get a good idea on what is best for the most, and who has leads on lost contacts. We are gonna do this, and to quote our Late, Greatest Coach, "And you will enjoy it"! Get excited, and get at least 2 other classmates excited, and we will get there!...Go BHS Class of '82!

30 Year reunion will be Maple Leaf Weekend... Do you want to be in the parade?

We need your opinion: Would you prefer the 30 year reunion to be in June or Maple Leaf Weekend? In June we are looking at 2 dates - fathers day weekend, which is planes, trains and automobiles celebration in Baldwin area or June 23. Maple leaf is the 3rd full weekend in October. JUNE or OCTOBER?
