Our Winter 2021 recital happened tonight at the Lawrence Public Library. In the background of the group photo, you can see Hamsini on the projector, joining us via live zoom.
For a reception, we played some of the students' favorite games and handed out goodie bags.

Playing for Paws 2021 was a HUGE success! Our on-site fundraiser raised $914.61. Our first online fundraiser raised $765! This makes a whopping total of $1679.61.
Because of the generosity of another donor who will be matching all donations over $100 for the month of September, this brings our total to $3359.22!
This is our largest amount ever recorded! I'm very grateful to be a part of such a giving community of individuals. Even as we continue to recover from a pandemic, we can be confident our community will thrive with kindhearted people. You should be proud. I know I am!

G went home after lessons and played piano lessons with her friend. G is playing the role of the piano teacher (i.e. Ms. Jamie). An incredibly adorable reminder that young children are watching us, imitating us, and using our influence in their daily lives.
