Two international competitions, one in Poland and one in Slovakia, await them this summer. They can’t wait to share their music, learn from incredible ensembles, and represent KU abroad.

KU Chamber Choir at Collage Concert 2025! So much expression and connection ❤️💙

One month ago, the KU Chamber Choir traveled to Poland to compete in the Cracovia Cantans International Choral Competition—where they won both of the categories they entered: Mixed Choir and Sacred Music. They also took home the competition’s highest honor, the Grand Prix, earning an invitation to the prestigious International Championship in June 2026, where they’ll compete against other Grand Prix winners.

We’re incredibly proud of Dr. García-Novelli and the KU Chamber Choir for their hard work, artistry, and dedication. Rock Chalk!
