A 4th Year of Math? The Class of 2028 and beyond have different graduation requirements from the current Juniors and Seniors. One of the requirements is for an advanced STEM course. This course could be a 4th year of math or a 4th year of science or 1 credit of technical/application level Career & Tech course(s).

Juniors: The Coolidge Scholarship. It is a full-ride scholarship to any university in the United States. This scholarship requires academic excellence, passion about public policy, and humility (all characteristics of the former president Calvin Coolidge). This application requires essay writing and letters of recommendation. You also have to read the autobiography of Calvin Coolidge to complete the essays. Deadline is Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 3 pm (CST).

FAFSA Help on October 27th at the University of Kansas. You do not have to be applying to KU to attend. Most Post-Secondary Institutions have a Financial Aid office and they are the most knowledgeable about the process.
