Lucia trained alongside boxing legends including Manny Pacquiao, W. Klitschko, Lennox Lewis, Sugar Shane Mosley, and Mike Tyson, while learning from Hall of Fame trainers Vos, Joe Goossen, Emanuel Steward, and Freddie Roach.
As a coach, Lucia has helped prepare elite athletes for world championship competition, including Ronda Rousey, Miriam Lamare, and Diana Prazak, blending elite technical instruction with championship mindset training.
A true pioneer for women in combat sports, she is a lifelong advocate for female fighters, elevating women’s boxing through her performances, leadership, and mentorship during the years leading to its inclusion in the Olympic Games.
Her teaching extends beyond technique. Lucia integrates visualization, awareness training, mindfulness, and concepts inspired by quantum physics as part of her holistic approach to peak performance, helping athletes develop confidence, resilience, focus, and authentic self-belief.
