Today our Student Support Services department recognized six students for their improved attendance! Shout out to .aviators for their commitment to improve student attendance!

Happy Attendance Month!! This month our District Office staff engaged in spirit days demonstrating their support and commitment for great attendance! Staff members showed their patriotism by honoring Labor Day in red, white, and blue; dressed in their favorite sports jerseys; celebrated the last day of summer by wearing Hawaiian prints; and wore their favorite hat on the last day of the month. LESD values your participation and support for student and staff attendance.

Congratulations to our new Intern cohort for completing their certification training on Mental Health First Aid!! They are ready to serve our community👍🏼👏🏼

Thank you to Providence for hosting and training our new cohort of Counseling and Social Work Interns on Mental Health First Aid. Our Interns will begin assisting our students by identifying, understanding, and responding to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Shout out to our community partner, Pollo Inka for catering lunch for our interns!
