🌟 Staff Trailblazer of the Week — Coach Fletcher! 🌟
Congratulations to Coach Fletcher, our Staff Trailblazer of the Week! 💙💛 His impact on athletics goes far beyond the walls of CTMS. From our boys’ athletic program to athletics across the district, Coach Fletcher leads with purpose, passion, and a genuine heart for our students.
What we are most proud of is the way he builds relationships with his athletes. He earns their trust, challenges them to be better, and creates an environment where they want to be held accountable, work hard, and do well. That kind of leadership makes a lasting difference both on and off the field. 🏆💪
Thank you, Coach Fletcher, for grabbing an oar, leading by example, and helping our boys become not only better athletes, but better young men. We are so proud to have you on our crew! 🚣♂️💙💛
One Crew. One Direction. AS ONE. 💙💛👏
