🇺🇸❤️🤍💙 Nora Davis Elementary Remembers 9/11 ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Today, our Nora Davis Elementary students proudly wore red, white, and blue as we paused to honor and remember the lives impacted by September 11, 2001. 🇺🇸

Through this simple show of patriotism, our students joined together in a spirit of remembrance, unity, and respect. We are proud of our young Game Changers for helping us recognize this important day in our nation’s history.

❤️ We Remember
🤍 We Honor
💙 We Stand Together

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

🎨✨ CREATIVITY IN ACTION AT NORA DAVIS ELEMENTARY! ✨🎨

Our Nora Davis Elementary students have been busy creating, experimenting, and discovering in Mr. Alex Townsend’s Art Class! ❤️💛

Students recently learned about the relief printmaking process and explored how artists create designs by carving into a surface and transferring their images onto paper. After learning about the process, students put their new skills into action by designing, carving, and printing their very own relief prints! 🎨🖌️

This hands-on experience gave our students an opportunity to express their creativity while experimenting with a new artistic technique. We love seeing our Game Changers learn through exploration, imagination, and discovery!

👏 A special thank you to our Art Teacher, Mr. Alex Townsend, for creating meaningful experiences that allow our students to discover the artists within themselves!

✏️📚 Writing Game Changers in Action! 🏆❤️💛

Ms. Crystal Mosely’s 3rd Grade Writing Class is putting teamwork and creativity to work through Group Narrative Writing! 📝✨

Our young authors collaborated to develop characters, organize their ideas, build exciting storylines, and bring their narratives to life. Working together allows students to learn from one another while strengthening their writing, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

At Nora Davis Elementary, our Game Changers aren’t just learning to write—they’re learning to create, collaborate, and communicate! 🌟
