End of Summer August 2016! 4 day 1 week Event! Starting with- FRIDAY NIGHT Sports Cookout Kick-Off 430pm @ (Senior Picnic) Park [forgot the name-?]; SOFTBALL KICK BALL. BASEBALL SOCCER rotation. FACE PAINTING. DANCING KARAOKE. WATER SPORTS ongoing. FOOD. SATURDAY MORNING. 8AM- Dress Casual "Catch up! Greet and Meet~ spouses, children,dogs etc.~ Breakfast" MARTINS CROSSWINDS, Greenbelt, MD.) Official Welcome Ceremony w/ house band. Class President will speak Reunion planners Official Welcome I'll sing a song play piano BRAINSTORM for talent hour (poets- Chris Rothchild etc. maybe others who are artistic TALENT HOUR: ACCOMPLISHMENTS HOUR: has anybody done anything really outstandingly good i.e written a book? opened a community center? saved a life? started a business; become a vegan; visited Africa? taken care of a special class of fish who are beautiful and can dance? SHARE something outstandingly unique! 10AM "Welcome Back! A Real Homecoming! Parade." A re-creation of our annual homecoming parade. Let's Choose a theme! Have poms poms ready to present choreograph and rehearse a new routine or an old one. (Nerissa Gravely I want to put in charge here~please contact me!) RENT a hall. Use the 3-day period (Wed-Friday AM) to construct and to design arts and crafts to support theme like we used to inside the school after hours and just to simply enjoy each other! like we used to. Use outside space for Pom routine rehearsal. Ol' Drama class can do Rock n Roll Revival type thing. Put house band from breakfast on float Actors walk and perform Motown songs we can recreate Rock n Roll Revival: Dwight Jones, Pawlos, Amon, Bryan Sydnor, Fonzay ,Chris,Temptations or Four Tops Jackson 5. Tempts! LOL we are older now. 3 girls can do the Supremes. (WE SHOULD'VE HAD A DUES TYPE of THING to pay for some of this! THIS ALL THESE YEARS people!) SATURDAY EVENING Official Formal Celebration. 8PM Martin's Crosswinds. 4 Hour Cabaret Buffet Dance. House Band.
