Emotional literacy is more than just naming emotions. It’s about helping kids engage with their feelings thoughtfully, learning to pause, reflect and choose how to respond rather than reacting impulsively.
Feelings buddies do this by giving kids a safe, playful way to explore their emotions, practice calmness, and build the skills to regulate overtime.
So, making feelings visible is the first step.

It is free entry but we do require you to register through Eventbrite!
We will be having a foam machine, water slides, moon bounces,trackless train, water balloons, dunk tank, food, balloon twister, desert, henna, face painting, 100 gallon jelly pond and much more fun!!
