Ever had a customer bring back a garment and insist you ruined it, but you're not convinced?

That's exactly why DLI offers Garment Analysis.

Sometimes the cause of a problem isn't obvious. It could be a manufacturing defect, a fabric issue, wear and tear, a previous stain treatment, or something else entirely. Instead of guessing, you can have the garment evaluated by textile experts who know what to look for.

Members simply submit photos online or send the garment in for analysis to receive expert feedback to help better understand what happened and communicate with customers.

Many cleaners are surprised to learn that not every garment problem is caused by the cleaning process. In some cases, the analysis may show that you're not liable.

When questions come up, it's nice to have experts in your corner.
