The rivalry is heating up! 🔥

The West Jones Mustangs and Laurel Tornadoes went head-to-head in a little friendly competition presented by the Marines! 🇺🇸

Our students and teachers showed their strength and determination to see who could complete the most chin-ups! 💪

🏆 Who will come out on top—WJH or LHS?

You’ll have to tune in tomorrow night during the football game to find out who wins the Great American Rivalry Series challenge!

Mrs. Vermilyea's Biology Classes and Mr. Pace's & Ms. Grantham's Life Skills Classes observed water's property of cohesion by placing water drops on a penny. They were surprised at how many water drops they could fit on the penny. They also learned why you can't properly clean something by only using water. You have to use soap to break the cohesion between water molecules.
