Administrative Assistant:

Description:

You will be performing multiple office tasks ranging from appointment scheduling to customer service and sales.

Duties:

Keeping track of potential customers and leads.
Closing sales.
Scheduling driving lessons appointments.
Selling driving lessons packages in-person, by phone and online.
Coming up with new ideas to improve the business everyday.
Keeping the office in a presentable and organized manner.
Reporting weekly sales volume.

Requirements:

English and Spanish fluency (mandatory).
3 Years of MS Office experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Friendly.
Proactive.
Organized.
