Mexican Wolves are on the rise! ๐Ÿบ This gray wolf subspecies in Arizona and New Mexico has grown in population for the past 9 years. At least 60 wild packs were documented at the end of 2024.

This subspecies is one of a few featured in the International Wolf Center's Wolves and Wild Lands traveling exhibit, which returns to St. Paul's Como Park Zoo & Conservatory this fall (2025)! ๐Ÿ

Our wonderful client, Looking For Lincoln, is one of the Leadership in History award recipients for 2025, a distinction received from the American Association for State and Local History (AASLH).

OES was honored to partner with this amazing organization, alongside Amplifier Experience Design and Drumminhands Design in bringing this important exhibit to fruition.

This exhibit will travel throughout Illinois, highlighting the courageous people involved in the Underground Railroad in the central corridor of the state.

Congratulations to all involved!

Hey, gardeners! This summer, consider planting milkweed โ€“ the only plant monarch caterpillars will eat and the only plant adult monarchs will lay their eggs on. Be sure to research and plant a milkweed variety that is native to your area.

๐ŸŒฑ www.monarchwatch.org is a great resource for planting your own Monarch Waystation.

That's our intrepid co-founder, Mia, on the big screen! It has been a delight to work with this talented and dedicated staff at the Winona County Historical Society!

Day 38: This is us making history present! As we've been doing over the decades, our WCHS team is working hard to bring you new content in the museum over the next few years. Our partners at Outhouse Exhibit Services and and members of our "Community Curators" group are helping us to reimagine the exhibits space and refresh the stories of our county's history. We're exited for this new adventure, and we hope you are too.

Support the work by leaving a donation or becoming a member (you could qualify for a chance at a $500 cash prize if you join in May 2025)! https://winonahistory.org/ (link in bio)

Good news for Red Wolves! The FHA recently awarded $25 million toward the construction of wildlife crossings in North Carolina, the only state where Red Wolves currently reside in the wild. This dwindling species is one of a few featured in our Wolves and Wild Lands traveling exhibit.

More info at https://www.outhouseonline.com/traveling-exhibits and https://www.pbsnc.org/blogs/science/could-wildlife-crossings-save-the-red-wolf/

Proposed animal crossings on U.S. 64 in the Outer Banks will help make roadways safer for the critically endangered species, other wildlife and even humans.

The centerpiece of our Monarchs and Milkweed traveling exhibit is a recreation of the overwintering site in northern Mexico, where Eastern monarchs travel each year.

Visitors are transported to an oyamel fir forest, where millions of monarch butterflies cluster in the branches, keeping warm as they await the spring.

This sensory experience and the exhibit's Capption accessibility technology provide a comfortable and immersive experience for visitors.

This exhibit is now open for booking through 2027.

Video description: Sunlight filters through forest trees as hundreds of monarch butterflies flit around their wintering habitat. Rustling leaves and fellow forest creatures can be heard in the background.

๐ŸŽถ ๐ŸŽต New exhibit alert! ๐ŸŽต ๐ŸŽถ

The Schubert Club museum just opened their new Letters Alive โœ‰๏ธ media experience this week, an addition to the museum that highlights their unique letter collection (including letters written by Mozart, Beethoven and others)!

The renovated Schubert Club opened in 2021, and we have continued to enjoy working with this client. ๐Ÿ“ Visit Saint Paul and see the exhibit at the Landmark Center.

The Schubert Club was one of the first arts organizations in the country. In 1980 it expanded to include their own music museum inside the Landmark Center.
