It is our pleasure to inform you that Chef-Baba Cooking Class has been selected as the Winner for the 2021 Best of Boca Raton Awards in the category of Arts & Crafts. Notification to other award winners in Boca Raton will be made over the next several weeks. After all award recipients have been notified, we will post the complete list of winners on our website. His students call him “Chef Baba.” His Nonna taught him to cook. And now Chef Andrew Bennardo passes along the fine art of Italian cuisine. If your family and friends are sick of your tired old burgers, dried up pork chops, or mystery casseroles, this class can change your culinary life…and restore the appetites in your home! Chef Baba creates a classic Italian menu for each class. Perhaps you will learn how to make a savory appetizer like grilled Shrimp wrapped in delicate Prosciutto. Maybe you’ll move on to a Primo Platti of Clams and Mussels, homemade Tri-Color Ricotta Gnocchi, Ossobucco of Veal, and a wonderful pesce like Whole Yellowtail Snapper en Papillotte. Perhaps you will top it all off with a mouth-watering, homemade apple tart. Whatever the special menu for your class, your hands-on training will make you feel you’ve spent time with Nonna, too!
